How to place an order.
1. Choose the picture(png/jpg/jpeg/cdr/pdf etc accepted) you prefer, and click the "upload" button to upload it with the order.
2. Choose the size of the portrait hanging.
3. Add to cart or buy it now.
4. If you want to confirm the design before the order is made, please contact us first or leave a note with the order when place it. I will send the design to your email address within 48 hours, once it is confirmed, I will arrange next step the first time.
Instructions：
1. The size is for the longest side of the portrait hanging, it depends on the photo/picture you provide.
2. The portrait hanging is made of quality wood, and painted with safe/fastness paint.
3. We suggest that 1-3 person for the product, but if more than 3 people need to be designed, there is extra design fees and each man will look smaller than normal.

Delivery service does not include all island address. Surcharge applies to shipments delivered to remote areas，e.g.：Airport,Tung Chung,Lau Fau Shan ,Stanley,Sai Kung etc.
And what’s more, the P.O. box address can not be delivered by the express method.
7. WHEN CAN I RECEIVE THE GOODS AFTER I PAY?
It is subject to the shipping method chosen by the customer. For Free shipping, it usually takes about 48 hours to be shipped, and will take about 6-15 business days to be delivered.*Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. The delivery provider will contact you to confirm your delivery date.
8.WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED/MISSING?
Please email us at info@pondermall.com within 7 days of receiving the goods and attach a photo of the problem item for us to process.If the request is accepted, we will provide a replacement/refund.

9. What are your hours of operation for the store? Are you open on holidays?
The operation for the store is 24/7, email us whenever you need.But for holidays, the reply may later for 8 hours than usual.
